August Bridges is a sophomore, first-year journalist, and staff writer for The Current. She plays volleyball at Ocean Lakes, and is involved in Young Life as well. When she is not practicing, she enjoys reading, lifting, and spending time with family and friends. In the future she hopes to become an elementary school teacher.
