Dolphins JV football falls to Kellam 21-0, on Thursday, but showed some promising signs of improvement on each side of the ball.

Some offensive highlights include Freshman Deshawn Boone returning a kick for 60 yards, Freshman Kai Hodges with 40 rushing yards, and Freshman Nyree Hughes with over 45 receiving yards.

The defense, however, really displayed some talent. Some defensive highlights include Sophomore Kevin Ross with four tackles, Sophomore Chris Ross with three tackles, Sophomore Devon Allen with four tackles, Freshman John Jarvis with two sacks, and a blocked field goal by Freshman Carlos Smith.

“Our defense did good by not letting their offense score until the second half,” said Carlos.
