Meenal Alagumuthu is a first-year journalist and staff writer for The Current. As a freshman, she is a part of theatre at Ocean Lakes, most recently being in the onstage crew of Bye Bye Birdie. She also is a volunteer at VBPL and enjoys writing poetry and dancing in her free time. After high school, she hopes to go into the medical field.
