Along with Barnhart, her husband and wrestling coach Christopher Barnhart was also awarded Male Coach of the Year.
“I am blessed to be married to the best coach in the building, let alone in the 757. [Christopher] Barnhart is a constant support and mentor for me in all aspects of coaching, and he has helped me become who I am as a coach,” Barnhart said.
