Last weekend students shared their experiments with the public and judges at a local science fair. Several projects not only succeeded, but won awards in their categories. Students won awards in sections like Animal Sciences to Cellular and Molecular Biology at the Tidewater Science and Engineering Fair. Overall there were 27 projects, 16 honorable mention or higher, seven special awards, and four first place awards. Seniors Jacob Bushey, David Griffith, Cole Baldwin, and freshman Alan Mach placed first in their respective categories.
