Ocean Lakes Chorus Department hosted an open mic night for students, where different students could come sing, play an instrument, or demonstrate another musical talent.

Over 50 students and faculty attended. The event was followed a week later by the annual Talent Show, held on Sat. March 10 in the auditorium by the Ocean Lakes Theater Department.

The open mic night and talent show gave students the opportunity to display their hidden talents. “You got to hear talents that you didn’t know people had. One student played the electric guitar for eight minutes long,” said freshman Josh Esposo.
