Math and Science Academy students have requirements to complete a project each year, and the junior proposal deadline for senior projects was Friday, April 13.

Juniors prepare all year for the senior capstone project, and students must pick a research question for a specific topic and answer it through a mentorship. In the proposal, students must include their personal information, their chosen mentor’s information, a timeline, and a summary of their goal for the project.

“Now that my mentorship is set in place, it will be easy to do my proposal,” said junior Haley Tiedemann. “I am sure it will help me with my final product.”
