Varsity football finished their regular season undefeated for the first time since 2015.

”Being undefeated feels really great, especially after having a whole new coaching staff come in my sophomore year; it’s a really quick turn-around,” said senior center Yari Seliavaski. “I’m optimistic for our future, but being number one seed means we only have to work harder. Everyone will bring their A game, and we have to be ready. ”

With a record of 10-0, the team locked in the first seed and home-field advantage for the Class 6 Region A Postseason after their win against the Cavaliers 42-0 on Oct. 27, 2018.

According to MaxPreps, Ocean Lakes holds a State ranking of 25 and Virginia Division 6A ranking of sixth.
