Students geek out over Geico gecko

Much to some students’ excitement, the famous Geico gecko visited Ocean Lakes today during One Lunch. Freshmen to seniors lined up to high five or take a picture with the green insurance mascot.

“It’s the Geico gecko! How can I not get excited,” said junior Liza Young. “I try to get a picture with him every year; it’s kind of like a tradition for me.”
