Senior Jessica Estrada traveled to the Eastern Shore for a recent mission trip with an organization called “Missioners of Christ.”

Jessica spent the week at different migrant camps each night and helped perform church services. The organization also held confessions for migrant workers who do not regularly attend church.

For children in the area, the group taught lessons about faith, performed skits, and shared snacks. They also “built” community relationships with games and songs of praise that they all sang together.

“It was just an overall amazing experience,” said Jessica. “I regret not going sooner.”
