Golf team’s regular season came to a close on Sept. 26 with a win over Landstown. The final team score was 313. Sophomore Rebecca Sun shot a 74 to earn medalist honors.

The team was recognized at the fall sports assembly on Sept. 25 at the conclusion of another winning season and the start of the postseason.

“The team will finish 7-3 this year. Regionals start next week,” said golf coach Pete Zell.

The Region Six-A Tournament is Oct. 7 at Smith Mountain Lake.
