Ocean Lakes held their Signing Day on Feb. 2, 2022, but this year, it was through a virtual Zoom meeting. 

So, to celebrate and share the news with family and friends, senior and football player, Jahleel Culbreath, and former dolphin Kai Hodge, also a senior, both shared their commitments to play for Old Dominion University, on their personal Instagrams.

¨I’m most excited to get on campus and live the college life; I’m ready to work for everything again and have more successes,¨ said Jahleel.

Although there were numerous offers from schools all over the country, Old Dominion was Jahleel’s final decision.

 “I chose ODU because when I first met the coaches and some of the people, they made me feel like family, and we all bonded. It’s close to home and my parents can come see me play, which has always been a dream of mine,” said Jahleel.
