The school system has decided to make yet another change in the way teachers run their classrooms. From Edmodo to Google Classroom and now introducing Schoology.

Schoology is a similar platform to Google Classroom, allowing students and teachers to post comments and assignments with approval.

With a more organized format, the new site makes it easier for students to have access to course materials, assignments, as well as take quizzes and tests. Once a student has finished the quiz or test the grade is automatically entered into the gradebook and calculated into the students grade.

A few schools in the Virginia Beach district are test driving the new system now however, the system most likely won’t be fully integrated until sometime in 2018.
