Andrea Granada and Aliyah Webster sign up to compete in powderpuff outside of room 159.

Powderpuff, an annual class versus class competition sponsored by SCA, is now accepting sign-ups via forms on the school’s website.

Girls from each class compete against one another in flag football, and boys from each class compete in a spirit dance competition.

“I had the opportunity to plan and organize the event this year, and I am really looking forward to seeing how it turns out! All of the proceeds go to United Way which is an organization that helps out communities across the world focusing on the education and health of individuals,” said Ally Bastable, SCA Vice President.

Sign ups end Sept. 25, and students can sign up outside the Student Workroom in room 159.

“Powderpuff is such a fun time because you get to see all the guys cheering and wearing funny outfits, and you get to see how competitive all the girls can get,” said Ally.
