Connor Rakov is a sophomore in the Math and Science Academy and a first-year journalist for The Current as well as a member of the web team thereof. He won a regional championship with the Ocean Lakes quiz bowl team, and he represents the school in Model UN. He also runs cross country and plays lacrosse for Ocean Lakes. Outside of school, he enjoys programming, sorting baseball cards and cheering on the New York Yankees.
