Blake Smith is a first-year staff writer for The Current. She’s currently a senior and enjoys working with children outside of school. At Ocean Lakes, she’s a member of NEHS and a teacher’s assistant to English teacher Katherine Anderson. She plans on majoring in English and minoring in education in the fall.
