Dolphins finish season with impressive 8-4 record

Varsity football fell 6-36 in the second round of the playoffs against Thomas Dale on Nov. 22.

Despite falling short in their second playoff game, the Dolphins proved a worthy adversary, defeating Cosby in the first round of the playoffs. The team was led offensively by running back Kai Hodge with 1,062 yards and 17 TDs and running back Devon Allen with 354 rushing yards and six touchdowns. The defense was led by David Roulley with 100 tackles and four interceptions, Robbie Scornavacchi with 82 tackles, Savion Odom with 77 tackles, and Naquan Brown with 64 tackles and seven sacks.

“I truly love this sport with a passion, and I’ve enjoyed all of it ever since I was a kid,” said senior Savion Odom. “I will always be thankful for all the bonds I made with everybody through football.”
