Students prepared for rigorous AP exam schedule, excused from school
AP exams lasted for two weeks starting the second week of May. Students who have exams are excused from attending class for the entire day of the exam.
A majority of the tests took place at the Double Tree Hotel, Virginia Beach Convention Center or Ocean Lakes High School. Students taking the 8:00 a.m. exams should arrive at their testing center at 7:15 a.m., and students taking the 12:00 p.m. exam should arrive by 11:15 a.m.
