Ocean Lakes’ Junior Varsity football team started their season last Thursday night with a successful scrimmage against Princess Anne and Bayside. Multiple “big plays” were made including a five yard touchdown by quarterback Trey Gardener, a 30-yard touchdown by slot receiver Anderson Burns, and an interception by corner-back Carlos Smith.

“In the end we all came together and pretty much beat Princess Anne and Bayside,” said Anderson. “We have a really bright season ahead of us.”
