Spikeball has increased in popularity over the past year. On Sept. 1, the OLHS Spikeball club hosted a back-to-school tournament at Redwing Park.

“I went to the tournament to play against friends,” said player Bryce Mul.  “After seeing the beginners, my teammate and I decided to move to advanced and gain strength in the game.”

On Sept. 21, Virginia Beach Roundnet will host the last beach tournament of the summer.

“Spikeball is fun, you can meet a lot of new people through events,” said Bryce.
