Girl’s basketball sets the tone for the season with two early victories against Norfolk Collegiate and Cox. The team is led by seniors Bella Curtin, Alex Lauderbaugh and captain Tahmiah Thomas, who aim to make it to regionals.

The Dolphins suffered four tough defeats but will continue to work hard and improve. One of their previous games was against First Colonial and ended in a heartbreaking 46-41 loss, making their current record 2-5. However, the girls hope to bounce back and increase their regional chances against Great Bridge at an away game on Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2022, at 5:45 p.m.

“Our team is super motivated to take on the season one game at a time. We are working hard to improve our skills and strengthen the bonds within the team,” said Bella.
