Humans of OL: Jadon Campos
“Everyone is working hard trying to get better. And we have some great leaders stepping up like Nate Bushey and Logan Chambers. We lost a close duel to Cox but beat Kellam. I’m doing pretty good as well. I’ve lost a few matches, but I’m trying to learn from them and continue to get better,” said junior wrestler Jadon Campos. “Ocean Lakes wrestling has greatly impacted me. It’s helped me become a better leader and teammate. It’s also taught me the value of hard work and trusting the process. I’ll never forget all the time I’ve spent with the coaches and the team. My favorite thing about wrestling for Ocean Lakes is how close the team is. The wrestlers all care about each other and push their teammates to be better. Also, we have great coaches that care about us and want us to succeed on and off the mat. My goal this year is to win a state title.”
