JV football displays strong offense in win
JV football defeated Green Run in a 36-6 game on Thursday. Notable offensive performances include a 63-yard touchdown run by freshman Jquarius Robertson and three passing touchdowns by freshman quarterback Nate Jarvis.
“The game went really well. We worked well as a team and kept our heads straight; we drove for the win,” said freshman Jordan Mayer.
The game was called off early in the fourth quarter due to an injury to an Ocean Lakes player.
“When our teammate got injured, all of our hearts hurt. Our heads were held low, and we were just wishing for the best,” said Jordan.
