Ari O’Brien, Staff Writer

Ari O’Brien is a senior and a third-year journalism student. Outside of school, she enjoys shopping, traveling, watching the sunset and spending time with family and friends. Ari is a level 9 gymnast at Excalibur Gymnastics and is also on the cheer and gymnastics team for Ocean Lakes.

Ten and a half inches of snow was measured in the southeast corner of Virginia Beach on Feb. 19, 2025. The highest snowfall recorded in Virginia Beach history was on Dec. 27, 1892 with 18.6 inches.
